About Us

Village Schools Namibia supports community-based schools in the Nyae Nyae Conservancy, working with Ju/’hoansi San communities to improve access to primary education in remote areas.

The initiative focuses on mother-tongue education, basic school infrastructure, nutrition, transport, and support for local teachers. Our aim is practical: to help children attend school regularly, learn effectively, and remain connected to their language, culture, and community.

We work in partnership with local leaders, teachers, and families, and rely on donations, fundraising events, and volunteer support to sustain and grow the schools.
